Who can use FEELINK?
FEELINK is for users aged 18 and over. Sign-up includes phone number verification and creating a profile.
Why are profile photos checked?
We run photo and related verification steps to keep FEELINK more trustworthy. No verification process can fully guarantee a member’s identity or behavior.
How do I find meetups?
Use search and categories in the Meetups tab of the app. Dates and activity details are on each meetup’s details page.
How do I create a meetup?
Tap “Create a meetup” on the Meetups screen and enter a name, topic, area, date and time, group size and description.
How do I connect with new friends?
Browse profiles on FEELINK and send a friend request. Once they accept, you can keep talking in chat.
What are hearts used for?
Some additional features may require hearts. Please check how many hearts are needed and the terms on the app screen before paying.
How do we start a Couple Space?
Couple Space becomes available once the two of you connect in the app. For how to connect, and what happens to records if you disconnect, please check the latest guidance in the app.
Who can see Couple Space records?
For who can see diaries, plans, photos and voice notes and how they are stored, please check the latest settings in the app and our Privacy Policy.
How do I report a member who makes me uncomfortable?
Use the report/block menu on that member’s profile or chat screen in the app. If you are in immediate danger, contact the authorities right away.
Where do I ask about payments and refunds?
Tell us about your purchase through “Contact us” in the app. The refund process of the store you paid through may apply.
